Women Empowerment

We have conducted skill training on Tailoring, Embroidery, Jute bag making, Woolen work and bakery food making for women and adolescent girls. We have also conducted Vocational training on Driving, Basic Electrician, Mobile repair to the young boys. There are 300 persons were benefitted through these all trainings. Now they are earning through these training.

We have distributed 51 sewing machines to poor women and adolescent girls.

SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMMES REPORT-2022

We have received support for 5 skill training programmes in 2022 from Young Living Foundation. We have conducted Hand Made Embroidery ,Dress making ( tailoring) Woolen work, Jute bag Making skill training programmes with this kind support. We need to complete Food processing training programme. We will complete this programme in the month of March 2023.These are the details about skill training programmes.

Hand Embroidery :

We have Conducted this programme in a village Called Perecharla. We have appointed an Instructor named by Mary. There are 20 poor women joined in this training and they have completed successfully. There are 20 families with 100 members were benefitted totally through this training programme. Now they are earning some money through embroidery work. All the family members felt very happy about this support.They are expressing their Heartful thanks to YOUNG LIVING FOUNDATION,USA

Dress making ( Tailoring )

We have conducted tailoring training course in a village called Paladugu. All these people belongs to Tribal communities. They are Down trodden people in our country. Catching rats is their occupation. We have appointed Mrs.Suneetha as instructor to this training programme. There are 25 women joined in this course and completed successfully. We gave certificates to them. They will get loans from Government through this certificates to start their own business. Some women are working in tailoring shops as a tailor and earning money through this tailoring job. There are 25 women Directly and 150 members indirectly benefitted through this programme.

Woolen Work

We have conducted this skill training programme in Dailit colony called Arundhathi Nagar,Guntur. There are 20 women and Adolescents were joined in this training programme. We have appointed Mrs. Bhanu as an Instructor. They are learning very well. There are 20 women and total 125 their family members benefitted through this programme.

Jute Bag making Training

We have conducted Jute bag making Training in a colony in Mangalagiri. We have appointed Mrs. Baby Rani as Instructor. There are 22 women and adolescents girls were joined in this training and completed successfully. No they are working in Jute bag making shops. Now jute bags are very demanding in our state and country also. Because our Government has banned plastic bags and covers. So people are using only Jute bags for shopping purpose. There are 22 persons directly and 100 members indirectly benefitted through this training programme.
