We have distributed blankets, sarees to the widows in our target areas. We have laid 6 Drinking water pumps in 6 various villages. There are total 300 families are using these pumps. We are also visited forest people and distributed sarees and dress to the children in that forest community. All the people belongs to Tribal community. There is school facility for children to study.
We have started new programme called Community Health Education with the kind support of World Challenge a Mission Organization. It is a new and holistic approach for us and we are learning. The objective of this programme is ministering the people wholistically towards transformation. Empowering community people to identify and solve their problems with their own resources under their own leadership by building community ownership. It is a new programme but it is very useful to the people. We are training one person from each village. The trained person will train more persons in his/her village. We are also training communities on planning and implementing acts of Love. It means community help to their neighbor within their capacities. The process will lead to identifying, selecting and training village committee with the champions and active people. The village committee will identify their problems & resources in their village with support of these trained volunteers, and will start work to solve their problems. We are conducting this programme in 8 villages in Guntur district. We are giving training to volunteers on Health, Community development, sharing physical and spiritual truths with their neighbours. We are facilitating to train the volunteer trainers in the communities, so that the ministry would multiply to neighbour communities.
